April 18 – First 2023 estimated tax payment due.
June 15 – Second 2023 estimated tax payment due.
September 15 – Third 2023 estimated tax payment due.

January 31, 2023 – Deadline for employers to file Form W-2s with the IRS, unless filed electronically (e-file deadline March 31).
